R libraries

• perla: R library to implement the PERLA model proposed in Bayesian mapping of mortality clusters.

• MARMoT: an R package to apply MARMoT balancing technique, compute Deloof’s approximation of the average rank and compute the Absolute Standardized Bias.

• faers.db: an R interface to retrieve, merge, and tidy the FAERS database.

Apps

• CARE-FI: Code to run an application for the calculation of the CARE-FI (Composite Administrative Data-based Ranking Estimator Frailty Index) frailty indicator proposed in https://arxiv.org/abs/2506.23158.
